Jeff Stith - REALTOR®
Jeff’s experience in the real estate field dates to 2001 when he joined the marketing department at Reece Nichols in Kansas City. He later worked with franchise offices in the same company, assisting agents with learning how to better market themselves and assisting brokers in marketing and recruiting agents. This also eventually led into recruiting new offices to purchase the franchise system. Jeff previously held a Missouri Real Estate license from 2004 - 2008. In the spring of 2010, Jeff joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant. He stayed there for about a year before getting back into the marketing field and specializing in social media marketing. Jeff joined Keller Williams Platinum Partners in January 2016 as Agent Services Coordinator where he onboarded all new and transfer agents as well as helped them get started with websites, technology and marketing assistance. He went back to the sales side and was re-licensed in 2020 with KW. Jeff joined eXp Realty in January 2021. Jeff has owned his own social media consulting business as well as having been employed in the marketing field in retail, wholesale, and industrial markets. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys genealogy research, spending time outdoors, and cooking barbecue (he did so competitively for 8 years). His true passion, however, is fishing. He especially loves Truman and Pomme de Terre Lakes in Missouri! He is also quite fond of Rainy Lake on the Minnesota-Canada border! He recently "retired" from coaching girls' competitive softball, taking the team he founded from the 12 year old age group, all the way up through the 18 year old group. In all, Jeff spent 10 years on the softball field coaching kids. In addition to these activities, Jeff was a co-founder of Operation BBQ Relief, a 501c3 organization founded in the wake of the 2011 Joplin tornado to provide hot meals to disaster victims and first responders. Jeff has been married to Tammy since 1998 and they have one daughter, Taylor who is a college student.
