When we started looking for a house we had no idea what we were up against. While viewing pictures of houses on the Internet, a picture popped up of a hansom man by the name of Mark Gipple. The picture was stunning and attracted our mouse pointer. After talking to Mark for only a few minutes a date was set and we new victory was ours. With my work schedule it was very hard to meet during daylight throughout the workweek. So, Mark actually took time from his family and his day off to run us around town and show us some houses. Marks method was well executed. The first house was for educational purposes for Mark. He made us write down all the pros and cons of the first house and with that information he was able to make a more defined list and cut out a lot of houses that we would not be interested in. Finally, we came across the house that we wanted to live in.. It was a beautiful 2 story house in Kansas that fit our lifestyle perfectly. We gave him the OK and he took it to the bank. Had it not been for the slow response of that bank we would be living in that house today. Fortunately, about the middle of the next week I received a promising job offer in Missouri that would cause us to give up the house and change our house location. But, Mark was more than ready to haul us around to more houses. With all our wants and needs for our style of a house, Mark had another list of houses made up and ready to go the next weekend. That weekend we found the perfect house and at a good price too. It was the best opportunity ever to work with Mark. I don't think i could have been happier with the choice we made with a realtor. For someone to take time out of their weekend to drive people around. To work day in and day out to get someone else in the home they want. To keep a cheery attitude when we changed our search location. Mark is truly what defines a successful realtor.
